아동 안전 표준
(Child Safety Standards)
본 문서는 Google Play 아동 안전 표준 정책에 따라 공개된 사이(Sai) 앱의 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)에 대한 기준입니다.
1. 금지 행위
사이에서는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)와 아동 성적 학대 콘텐츠(CSAM)를 생성·업로드·공유·요청·유인·조장하는 모든 행위를 금지합니다. 미성년자(만 18세 미만)를 대상으로 한 성적 콘텐츠, 착취, 그루밍, 불법 만남 유도 역시 허용되지 않습니다.
2. 서비스 대상
사이는 만 18세 이상을 위한 한일 문화·언어 교류 서비스입니다. 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 연령 확인 절차를 통해 미성년자의 이용을 제한합니다.
3. 신고 방법
- 앱 내: 내정보(또는 설정)에서 문의·신고 기능 이용
- 이메일: mooca.official.web@gmail.com (제목: CSAE / Child Safety Report)
신고 시 가능한 범위에서 관련 계정, 콘텐츠, 발생 시각을 함께 알려 주세요.
4. 조치 절차
CSAE·CSAM 관련 신고 또는 실제 인지가 있는 경우, 사이는 관련 콘텐츠를 신속히 검토하고 삭제하며, 위반 계정에 대해 이용 제한·영구 정지 등 적절한 조치를 취합니다. 필요 시 수사기관 및 관할 당국에 신고·협조합니다.
5. 법령 준수
사이는 적용 가능한 아동 보호·아동 성착취 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 확인된 CSAM에 대해서는 대한민국 수사·신고 체계(경찰 등) 및 필요한 경우 관련 기관에 신고할 수 있는 절차를 운영합니다.
6. 아동 안전 담당 연락처
Google Play 또는 기관으로부터의 CSAE 관련 통지를 수신하는 Child Safety Point of Contact:
담당자는 신고 검토·집행 절차에 대해 응답하고 필요한 조치를 수행할 수 있습니다.
1. Prohibited Conduct
Sai strictly prohibits all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, soliciting, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Sexual content involving minors (under 18), grooming, and facilitating illegal contact with children are not allowed.
2. Intended Audience
Sai is a Korea–Japan culture and language exchange service for users aged 18 and older. It is not directed at children. Age verification is used to restrict underage access.
3. How to Report
- In-app: use the report / contact option in Profile or Settings

4. Enforcement
Upon receiving a report or obtaining actual knowledge of CSAE/CSAM, Sai will review and remove the content, and may restrict or permanently ban the responsible accounts. Where required, we will report to and cooperate with relevant authorities.
5. Legal Compliance
Sai complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including processes to report confirmed CSAM to appropriate regional authorities (and, where applicable, international reporting mechanisms).
